Minerals Species: Diamond (2.93 carat brown octahedral crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Damtshaa Mine, near Orapa, Botswana.
Description: Transparent brown uncut diamond crystal with scattered dark inclusions throughout. The diamond is octahedral form, with a few sides showing trisoctahedral faces and others showing many small trigon patterns. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x7x5.5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 9 mm.
