Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 39888:

Minerals Species: Danburite.
Location of mineral deposit: Charcas District, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
Description: Uncommonly large intersecting pale-pink danburite crystals with glassy crystal faces and many smaller danburite crystals overgrown on the lower surfaces. Note the unusual sawtooth crystal faces across the termination edge of the largest crystal. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x8x5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-100 mm.
Price: $150 (plus shipping).
