Minerals Species: Fluorite.
Location of mineral deposit: Pugh Quarry, Custar, Wood County, Ohio.
Description: Transparent yellow cubic fluorite crystal with white blades of barite attached. The fluorite fluoresces peach color under LW UV illumination and fluoresces white under SW UV illumination. Scattered damage to the crystal edges throughout. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 20x17x14 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 15 mm.
Price: $15 (plus shipping).
