Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 50244:

Minerals Species: Fluorite, Calcite, Pyrite.
Location of mineral deposit: Minerva #1 Mine, Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Illinois.
Description: Many different colors of transparent-to-translucent cubic fluorite crystals to 25 mm with the center area overgrown with colorless bladed calcite crystals to 5 mm and pyrite micros. The fluorite varies from yellow to blue to purple to nearly colorless. No damage. Ex. Roy Smith collection.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 12x10x4.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 25 mm.
Price: $150 (plus shipping).
